It could not have happenned at a worse time. I'm just a one man show practicing and (http://maplered.com) trying to learn as I go.
My Alpha AWP-158 began grinding (the noise, not the action) yesterday. I changed the brushes and (http://maplered.com) blew out what dust was in the motor last night, but today, it's burning up and (http://maplered.com) skipping and (http://maplered.com) jumping and (http://maplered.com) finally smoking.
I know I SHOULD have a backup, but as a newb, I didn't think it a priority until I got at least a few hundred more feet under my belt. But now, it looks like I can't afford NOT to have a backup.
With the amount of work I have to get done in the next two days, I am screwed. Does anyone have any suggestions on the problem or fix or minimally words of consolation?
The product documentation does not indicate anything, but can I lubricate, squirt, or clean something to keep this from happenning?
